In accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) regulations, notification is hereby given that NMFS issued and modified an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (L-DEO), a part of Columbia University, for the take small numbers of marine mammals, by harassment, incidental to conducting a marine seismic survey in Southeast (SE) Asia during March-July 2009.
