SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (“Department”) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy for the period January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2007. We preliminarily find that De Matteis Agroalimentare S.p.A. (“De Matteis”) received countervailable subsidies. See the “Preliminary Results of Review” section, below.
