Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (the Department) and the International Trade Commission (ITC), the Department is issuing antidumping duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET Film) from Brazil, the People's Republic of China (PRC), and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). On October 31, 2008, the ITC notified the Department of its determination that the U.S. industry is threatened with material injury. In addition, the Department is amending the final dumping margins for the UAE.
