The Exchange submitted Amendment No. 1 to the proposed rule change on December 6, 2006. The Exchange submitted Amendment No. 2 to the proposed rule change on February 28, 2007. The Commission is publishing this notice and order to solicit comments on the proposal, as amended, from interested persons and to approve the proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment Nos. 1 and 2, on an accelerated basis.
