SUMMARY: In this Order, EPA denies a petition requesting that EPA revoke all pesticide tolerances for dichlorvos (DDVP) under section 408(d) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). The petition was filed on June 2, 2006, by the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). DATES: This order is effective December 5, 2007. Objections and requests for hearings must be received on or before February 4, 2008, and must be filed in accordance with the instructions provided in 40 CFR part 178 (see also Unit I.C. of the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION ).
