SUMMARY: On July 11, 2007, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping order on certain small diameter seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe (seamless pipe) from Brazil. The review covers one producer/exporter, V&M do Brasil, S.A. (VMB). The period of review (POR) is August 1, 2005, through July 15, 2006. 1 We invited interested parties to comment on our Preliminary Results.
