ACTION: Final rule; correcting amendments. SUMMARY: The FAA is correcting references in its Commercial Air Tours and National Parks Air Tour Management regulations to conform to amendments made by the National Air Tour Safety Standards final rule published on February 13, 2007 ( 72 FR 6884 ). In addition, the FAA is removing a sentence from the preamble that referred to aircraft certificated as “Experimental Category” and clarifying the applicability of the rule to the “Young Eagles” program.
