SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On December 12, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) determined that certain softwood lumber products from Canada are being sold in the United States at less than fair value, as provided in section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
