Initiation of Investigations: SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On October 31, 2006, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received petitions filed in proper form by NewPage Corporation (petitioner). The Department received from petitioner information supplementing the petitions throughout the 20-day initiation period.
