Department of Energy Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [Docket No. CP05-412-000] Take notice that on September 6, 2005, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (Tennessee), 1001 Louisiana, Houston, Texas 77002, filed in Docket No. CP05-412-000, an application pursuant to section 7 of the Natural Gas Act and Part 157 of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, for an order authorizing Tennessee to add a net 44,850 horsepower of compression at one new and six existing compressor stations located in Onondaga, Herkimer, Schoharie, Columbia, and Steuben Counties, New York; Worcester County, Massachusetts; and Potter County, Pennsylvania. The proposed facilities will provide an additional 136,300 Dekatherms per day of firm transportation service to Tennessee's New England Area market. Tennessee also requested that an order be issued by August 1, 2006, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
