We preliminarily determine that live swine from Canada are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value, as provided in section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"). Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. Since we are postponing the final determination, we will make our final determination within 135 days of the date of publication of this preliminary determination in the Federal Register.
