International Priority Airmail Service

The Postal Service published a proposed rule with a request for comment on November 25, 1998, in the Federal Register (63 FR 65153- 65161) regarding proposed changes to International Priority Airmail Service (IPA). The Postal Service proposed to change the postage rates and conditions of service. The Postal Service hereby adopts the proposed rule, effective April 4, 1999.
