Agriculture Department, Agricultural Marketing Service
The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), USDA, published in the Federal Register of December 17, 1999, a final rule that implemented and modified a previous rule published in the Federal Register on September 1, 1999, which consolidated the current 31 Federal milk marketing orders into 11 orders. The December 17 final rule also made changes to the Class I differentials contained in the September 1, 1999, rule to comply with the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2000. Class I differentials in 89 of the 3,110 counties, parishes and cities listed were published incorrectly. This document corrects the Class I differentials for the 89 counties.
