On August 6, 1998, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on silicon metal from Brazil. This review covers five manufacturers/exporters of silicon metal from Brazil during the period July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997. Based on our analysis of the comments received and the correction of certain ministerial errors, we have changed our results from those presented in our preliminary results as described below in the ``Changes From the Preliminary Results'' section of this notice. The final results are listed below in the section ``Final Results of Review.''
