This document requests comments on a petition filed by Prawn Broadcasting Company proposing the allotment of Channel 252A to Palacios, Texas, as that community's second FM broadcast service. The channel can be allotted to Palacios with a site restriction 8.3 kilometers (5.2 miles) northeast at coordinates 28-44-10 NL and 96-08- 18 WL.
