Possible Revision or Elimination of Rules

This document invites members of the public to comment on the Commission's rules to be reviewed pursuant to the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980. The purpose of the review is to determine whether the rules, published 1986 through 1989 as contained in the Appendix, should be continued without change, should be amended, or should be rescinded to minimize any significant impact of the rules upon a substantial number of small entities. Upon receipt of comments from the public, comments will be evaluated, and action taken to rescind or amend the Commission's rules, as required.
