The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury is amending the UNITA (Angola) Sanctions Regulations to implement Executive Order 13069 of December 12, 1997, and Executive Order 13098 of August 18, 1998, prohibiting certain transactions with respect to the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (``UNITA'') and to make other technical and conforming changes.
