Roller Chain, Other Than Bicycle, From Japan: Amended Final Results of Expedited Sunset Review

On November 10, 1998, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published in the Federal Register (63 FR 63026) the final results of its expedited sunset review of the antidumping finding on roller chain, other than bicycle, from Japan. Subsequent to the publication of the final results, we received comments requesting correction of ministerial errors appearing in the notice. After analyzing the comments submitted, we are amending our final results to correct the ministerial errors. Based on the correction of the ministerial errors, we removed from the Appendix contained in the notice of final results, the listing for Enuma Chain/Daido and for Enuma Chain/Meisi. These combination producers/exporters were not reviewed in the first administrative review conducted by the Department and, therefore, should not have been included in the Appendix. In addition, we are correcting the margin listed in the Appendix for Sugiyama/HKK from 15 percent to 0.15 percent.
