On September 29, 1998, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping finding on titanium sponge from the Russian Federation (Russia) for TMC Trading International, Ltd. (TMC), an exporter/reseller of subject merchandise. This review was requested by TMC and covers the period April 1, 1997, through March 31, 1998. The Department is rescinding the review after receiving a withdrawal of its request for review from TMC.
