On May 8, 1998, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results and partial recission of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on roller chain, other than bicycle, from Japan. This review covers fourteen manufacturers/exporters/resellers of roller chain from Japan during the period April 1, 1996, through March 31, 1997. Based on our analysis of the comments received and the correction of certain clerical errors, we have changed our results from those presented in our preliminary results as described below in the ``Changes From the Preliminary Results'' section of this notice. The final results are listed below in the section ``Final Results of Review.''
