Conservation of Antarctic Animals and Plants

NSF is issuing a final rule that amends its existing regulations for the conservation and protection of Antarctic animals and plants. These revisions implement amendments to the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978 contained in the Antarctic Science Tourism and Conservation Act of 1996.
