On October 4, 1996, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Sweden. This review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the United States and the period August 1, 1994 through July 31, 1995. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. We have not changed the results from those presented in the preliminary results of review.
