Commerce Department, International Trade Administration
On August 7, 1997, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on ferrovanadium and nitrided vanadium from the Russian Federation (62 FR 42492). This review covers the period January 4, 1995, through June 30, 1996. Based on our analysis of the comments received from interested parties, we have made certain changes to our preliminary results, including corrections of errors. Therefore, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margin is listed below in the section entitled ``Final Results of Review.'' We have determined that sales have been made below normal value during the period of review. Accordingly, we will instruct the U.S. Customs Service to assess antidumping duties based on the difference between export price and normal value.
