On July 8, 1997, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on solid urea from the Former German Democratic Republic (GDR). The review covers one manufacturer/exporter, SKW Stickstoffwerke Piesteritz GmbH (SKWP), and the period July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results.
