Termination of Pesticide Producing Establishment's Registration

This document announces the Agency's intention to terminate a number of pesticide producing establishment registrations 60 days following the date of publication of this document for failure to file annual pesticide production reports as required by section 7 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
