Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate From the People's Republic of China (PRC), the Russian Federation, the Republic of South Africa, and Ukraine: Postponement of Preliminary Determination in Antidumping Duty Investigation

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is postponing the preliminary determination for the investigation on certain cut-to- length carbon steel plate products from the People's Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Republic of South Africa, and Ukraine. This postponement is made pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (hereinafter, ``the Act'').
