Office of Strategic Petroleum Reserve; Opportunity for Public Comment

In preparation for the issuance of an Administration Statement of Policy concerning the capacity, size, use, and financing, among other issues, of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the Department of Energy, Office of Strategic Petroleum Reserve, extends this opportunity for interested persons to submit written comments. All submissions in response to this notice will be made available to the public.
