Runaway and Homeless Youth Program (RHYP): Fiscal Year (FY) 1996 Final Program Priorities, Availability of Financial Assistance for Fiscal Year 1996, and Request for Applications for FY 1996 and FY 1997

This notice amends program announcement number ACF-ACYF-RHYP- 96-2 published in the Federal Register on April 15, 1996 by extending the due date for submission of the BCP applications to June 7, 1996. This notice does not affect the due date for TLP applications. That date remains June 14, 1996.
