Endangered and Threatened Species Permit Applications

Notice is hereby given that Region 1 of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has issued the following recovery permits for take or interstate commerce of endangered species under section 10 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act)(16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.), between January 1, and December 31, 1995. These permits were issued in response to applications submitted to the Service under section 10(c) of the Act. Each permit was issued only after it was determined to be applied for in good faith, and to be consistent with the Act and applicable regulations.
