Natural Resources Conservation Service

The United States Department of Agriculture's, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and Farm Service Agency (FSA) will conduct 54 public forums where interested individuals can provide comments and ideas on the implementation of the conservation provisions of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (the 1996 Act), which includes: Highly Erodible Land Compliance, Wetlands Conservation, Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), and the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
