On May 29, 1996, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of three administrative reviews of the countervailing duty order on live swine from Canada. We have completed these reviews and determine the net subsidy to be Can$0.0601 per kilogram for the period April 1, 1991 through March 31, 1992, Can$0.0613 per kilogram for the period April 1, 1992 through March 31, 1993, and Can$0.0106 per kilogram for the period April 1, 1993 through March 31, 1994. We will instruct the U.S. Customs Service to assess countervailing duties as detailed in the Final Results of Reviews section of this notice.
