Abstract

This rule amends Title 33, Code of Federal Regulations to reflect recent agency organizational changes. It also makes editorial changes throughout the title to correct addresses, update cross- references, remove obsolete regulatory provisions, and make other technical corrections. This rule will have no substantive effect on the regulated public.
