Abstract

The EPA is promulgating source category-limited interim approval of the Operating Permits Program submitted by the State of Rhode Island for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements for an approvable State program to issue operating permits to all major stationary sources, and to certain other sources.

Action: Direct final rule.
Dates: This action will become effective July 5, 1996 unless notice is received by June 5, 1996 that adverse or critical comments will be submitted. If the effective date is delayed, timely notice will be published in the Federal Register.
Effective Date: 1996-07-05
