The Coast Guard is correcting errors to a final rule published on January 9, 1995, in the Federal Register (60 FR 2482) entitled ``Hybrid PFDs; Establishment of Approval Requirements.'' The final rule amends the structural and performance standards and procedures for approval of hybrid inflatable personal flotation devices.
