Iranian Transactions Regulations; Implementation of Executive Orders 12957 and 12959

The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury is amending the Iranian Transactions Regulations to implement the President's declaration of national emergency and imposition of sanctions against Iran.
