North American Free Trade Agreement

This document adopts as a final rule, with some changes, interim amendments to the Customs Regulations which were published in the Federal Register on December 30, 1993, as T.D. 94-1 to implement the preferential tariff treatment and other Customs-related provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement entered into by the United States, Canada and Mexico.
