Commerce Department
On December 14, 1993, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order or certain fresh cut flowers from Colombia. The review covers 186 producers and/or exporters of this merchandise to the United States and the period March 1, 1990 through February 28, 1991. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received and the correction of certain clerical errors, we have made certain changes for the final results. The review indicates the existence of dumping margins for certain firms during the review period. We are also revoking the antidumping duty order for the following exporters/growers: Flores Colombianas Group (Agrosuba, Flores Colombianas, Jardines De Los Andes, Productos El Cartucho) and Flores Condor De Colombia Ltda.
