On December 3, 1993, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on sweaters wholly or in chief weight of man-made fiber from Hong Kong. The review covers 29 manufacturers/exporters and the period April 27, 1990 through August 31, 1991. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. We have analyzed the comments received, and have changed the method in which the sample rate is calculated.
