We are removing from the regulations certain health certification requirements and requirements concerning quarantine upon arrival in the United States for llamas and alpacas from Chile and all other countries declared free of foot-and-mouth disease and rinderpest on or after September 28, 1990. This action appears warranted to relieve unnecessary and burdensome restrictions.
