The Office of Foreign Assets Control is amending the Libyan Sanctions Regulations to add Arab Hellenic Bank, S.A., Lafitrade Holdings BV, and three other entities to appendix A, Organizations Determined to be within the Term ``Government of Libya'' (Specially Designated Nationals of Libya); to note a name change for an entity previously listed in appendix A; to identify certain blocked property in appendix A; and to add the names of 10 individuals to appendix B, Individuals Determined to be Specially Designated Nationals of the Government of Libya.
