Department of Energy Federal Energy Regulatory Commission [Docket No. CP26-576-000] Take notice that on September 4, 2026, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (Transco), 2800 Post Oak Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77056-6106, filed an application under section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 157 of the Commission's regulations requesting authorization for its Leidy Access Expansion Project (Project). The Project consists of: (1) constructing approximately 3.38 miles of 42-inch-diameter pipeline loop (Diamond Loop); (2) modifying the existing Compressor Station 515 to include pig launcher/receiver and tie-in facilities; (3) constructing a new mainline valve site at the terminus of the Diamond Loop; and (4) constructing related appurtenant facilities, all located in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The Project will allow Transco to provide 183,100 dekatherms per day of incremental, firm transportation service. Transco estimates the cost of the Project to be $54.7 million and proposes an incremental recourse rate, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open for public inspection.
