SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On March 16, 2026, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the antidumping duty order of OCTG from Vietnam in the Federal Register and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On April 6, 2026, we received case briefs from SeAH VINA, and from Axis Pipe and Tube, Borusan Pipe US Inc., Vallourec Star, and Welded Tube USA, Inc. (collectively, the domestic interested parties). [ 2 ] On April 13, 2026, SeAH VINA and the domestic interested parties submitted rebuttal briefs.
