DATES: The Committee will meet via video conference on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until approximately 6:00 p.m. (Eastern). All meetings are open to the public. The agenda and materials for this meeting will be posted on or before September 15, 2026 (see ADDRESSES ).
