SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 26, 2026, Commerce published the Preliminary Determination and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] In accordance with section 705(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.210(b)(4) , Commerce aligned the deadline for this countervailing duty (CVD) final determination with the deadline for the final determination in the companion less-than-fair-value investigation of solar cells from India.
