SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 28, 2026, Commerce published the Preliminary Determination and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On May 20, 2026, Commerce postponed the final determination to no later than 135 days after the date of publication of the Preliminary Determination and extended the provisional measures from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months.
