SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines countervailable subsidies were not provided to SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH Steel), a producer and exporter of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. In addition, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (Hyundai Pipe).
