Background On February 10, 2026, OFAC issued GL 30B to authorize certain transactions otherwise prohibited by the Venezuela Sanctions Regulations, 31 CFR part 591 (VSR) . GL 30B replaced and superseded GL 30A. On March 6, 2026, OFAC issued GL 51, also to authorize certain transactions otherwise prohibited by the VSR.
