SUMMARY: NOAA will hold an in-person Hydrographic Services Review Panel (HSRP) Federal Advisory Committee public meeting on September 28, and 29, 2026, in Arlington, VA. NOAA will accept public comments in advance and during the public meeting. DATES: Members of the public may attend the NOAA HSRP public meeting in person or virtually via AdobeConnect on Monday September 28, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), and Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT. Written comments must be received before 8 a.m. EDT on Monday, September 28, 2026.
