SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background This review covers two producers/exporters of the subject merchandise: Lace Fashions Industrial Co., Ltd. and Trydent Co., Ltd. On September 5, 2025, Commerce published the Preliminary Results and invited comments from interested parties. [ 1 ] No interested party submitted comments. On May 6, 2026, Commerce placed additional data on the record and solicited comments from interested parties;  [ 2 ] no interested parties commented. On August 13, 2026, Commerce issued a post-preliminary analysis memorandum and invited interested parties to submit comments. [ 3 ] No interested parties provided comments. Commerce conducted this administrative review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Scope
