SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain non-refillable steel cylinders (cylinders) from India. [ 1 ] On September 5, 2025, Commerce identified Bhiwadi Cylinders Private Limited (Bhiwadi) and Sapphire (India) Private Limited) (collectively, Bhiwadi/Sapphire) and Mauria Udyog Limited (Mauria) as the mandatory respondents in this review.
